HDPE Waterproof Membrane

HDPE membrane is widely used in underground and basement waterproofing projects. Membrane closed combined with concrete substrate gives the best waterproofing performance.

How to use

Substrate Preparation:

All substrates must be sound, dry, free from grease, dirt, or other contaminants, and must be reasonably smooth.

Application:

After the treatment of the substrate, unroll Weidun HDPE membrane and apply it directly to the substrate.

Use a nail gun to fix the membrane and a pressure roller is needed to remove the air bubble to make sure the membrane has fully adhered to the substrate.

Remove the self-adhesive film from 50mm to 100mm overlap and apply the overlap of another membrane on the previous membrane’s overlap.

Apply a pressure roller on the overlap between two pieces of the membrane to ensure full bond.
